Rate, Review & Build Trust

How the Smart Matching Works

Our system calculates a match score for each worker based on four key factors:

40% - Skills Match

Does the worker's service type exactly match what the employer needs? A plumber can't be matched to an electrician job.

30% - Location Match

Is the worker available in the employer's area? Workers select their preferred locations when creating their profile.

20% - Budget Match

Does the worker's expected pay fit within the employer's budget? Workers with rates within range score higher.

10% - Rating Bonus

Higher-rated workers get a bonus. Verified workers get an extra boost. Quality work is rewarded!

Let's see how Mary finds a plumber for her kitchen repair

Step 1: Mary Posts a Job

Mary needs a plumber to fix her kitchen sink in Westlands. She posts a job with: Service: Plumber, Location: Westlands, Pay: $15/hour. The job goes live immediately.

Step 2: Workers See the Job

Three plumbers in Westlands see Mary's job on their dashboard: John (5 years exp, 4.8★, $12/hr), Peter (10 years exp, 4.5★, $18/hr), and James (2 years exp, 3.5★, $10/hr).

Step 3: Smart Matching Calculates Scores
