Register as an employer, then click "Post New Job" from your dashboard. Fill in the job title, description, service type needed, location, and pay rate. Your job will be visible to all available workers immediately.
Yes! The Working Man is completely free for both workers and employers. Workers can create profiles and apply for jobs at no cost. Employers can post jobs and find workers without any fees. We believe in connecting people without barriers.
Workers can upload their National ID, Passport, or Driver's License along with a recent selfie. Our admin team reviews the documents and verifies the worker's identity. Verified workers get a green badge on their profile and are 10x more likely to be hired.
